Can my order be delivered internationally?

Yes! We’re pleased to provide an enhanced international shipping experience for customers. we accept orders from the United Stated, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Ireland, Japan, Korea, Luxembourg, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom directly through our website. If your country or area is not in the list, contact us. We can ship your order almost anywhere in the world.

What is the delivery timeframe for my international order?
Total time is composed of two parts, processing time and actual shipping time. Because delivery timeframes vary from country to country, Although we try our best to deliver your items during the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed.


How do I check the status of my order?
Upon placing your order, please allow up to 1 business day to have your order processed. During the epidemic, processing orders may be delayed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive notification through email. To get your tracking number, simply send us a message through  or email us and we will have it sent to you. If you did not receive any updates on your order, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate. 


How do I track my international order?
You will receive an email, together with a tracking number, notifying you that orders have been shipped. To track your international order, please have your order number and email available.


I ordered two products, but have received only one… what’s happening?
Since we have a large assortment of products that are not stored in the same warehouse, it is possible that some products get shipped separately. Do not worry, it is quite normal that you receive a product a few days before the other.


What if there are missing or wrong items when I receive my order?
For missing or wrongly shipped items, please contact us at and quote your transaction reference number. Our customer service will endeavour to reply to your query within 3 working days and we will advise you on what to do next.

Can I change or cancel my international order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately we’re unable to edit your merchandise selections once your order is placed. However, if you need to update the shipping address or cancel your order, please click the button contact us. Please be aware that your order may began processing immediately and it may not be possible to update the shipping address.
